Smooth Aster (Aster laevis 'Bluebird') - Description
The glory of autumn, these natives are widely adapted and nearly pest-free. Masses of violet-blue flowers with golden yellow centers bloom heavily on strong plants. Vase-shaped plants need no staking in full sun. Grows best in full sun.

Blooms can be white, blue, red, pink, lavender. Most flowers will have yellow centers and resemble a typical Daisy.
