Aster (Aster x 'Red Mound') - Description
Masses of fully double, 3 1/2" rich scarlet, flowers with short straight petals cover bushy plants from mid- summer to frost. Annual. Ht:14". GARDEN HINTS: Avoid planting where asters were grown previous year. For earlier bloom, seeds may be started indoors 6-8 weeks before outdoor planting time.

Blooms can be white, blue, red, pink, lavender. Most flowers will have yellow centers and resemble a typical Daisy.
