Muskmelon (Cucumis melo 'Sweet Thing Hybrid') - Description
Unique, sweet, juicy 10-12 in. diameter fruits with a slightly nutty flavor. Ideal for short, cool seasons. Strong resistance to Fusarium 2 and powdery mildew. Harvest about 69 days from sowing.
Muskmelon (Cucumis melo 'Sweet Thing Hybrid') - Planting
Plant seeds in a sunny spot one or two weeks after the last frost date. To get a head start, sow 2-3 seeds in individual peat pots indoors, 3-4 weeks before outdoor planting date. Grow in a sunny spot or under plant lights. Thin to one best seeding per pot. Transfer to garden in peat pots.
