Winter Squash (Cucurbita pepo 'Delicata') - Description
The sweet potato squash! A hundred years old and still enormously popular. The flesh is deep orange, moist and very sweet. It is unexcelled for pies. The oblong fruits are small (about 8") and creamy white, handsomely streaked with deep green. It can keep 9 months in storage.
