Yulan Magnolia (Magnolia denudata) - Description
M. denudata bears fragrant white flowers, which are sometimes purple at the base. It's blossoms are erect and somewhat tulip-shaped. It produces leaves that are 4 to 7 inches long. This plant does well in Southern California.
