Annual Malope (Malope trifida 'Series') - Description
A summer display of mallow-like flowers that linger till frost. Blushed, satiny 3" blooms with vividly etched veins and curved margins.
Annual Malope (Malope trifida 'Series') - Blooming
Blooms paper-thin, trumpet-shaped flowers in colors ranging from pink or violet-blue to white. The flowers are often veined if grown in deep shade. Deadheading prolongs flowering. In sites with cool weather, repeat seed sowings for further blooming.

Tall, bushy annuals and perennials. Malope grows best in full sun, but tolerates partial shade. Flourishes in coastal conditions and does poorly in areas with hot, humid summers. Works well at the front or middle of an annual or mixed border. They will self-seed and produce long-lasting flowers that are suitable for cutting.
