Snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) - Description
Often grown as a short lived perennial or as an annual. Just a fantastic bedding flower that brings big time pop to your planting borders. The taller varieties can also be used for cutting flowers. But certainly cut back all varietals as this will encourage further blooming throughout the summer and into the fall.

If the snapdragons are set outside in early fall and reach bud stage before the night temperature drops below 50°F/10°C, they will bloom from winter until the weather gets hot. Deadhead for continued blooming.
