Celery flavored leaves for soups and sauces. Seeds are used in spreads, dressings, pickling. Start early indoors or outdoors after danger of frost.

Pale yellow flowers that attract insects. Remove flowers as they appear to promote leafstalk growth. However, leave some flowers for the seeds.
