C. integrifolia is a woody-based plant which grows to heights of 3 feet tall, and 1 foot wide. It bears leaves that are 3 inches long and about 1 inch wide. It also bears clusters of yellow to red-brown, unspotted flowers 0.5 inch across.
Pouch Flower (Calceolaria integrifolia) - Blooming
Flowers are usually yellow, but can be bronze or spotted with red. Generally blooms in the spring and through summer. Flowers best when grown in climates that are slightly cool and moist during the bloom season. Many members of the Calceolaria genus are native to alpine regions, which provide these conditions.

When grown outdoors, provide partial to full shade. Low growing perennials work well in a rock garden. Where plants are not hardy, grow annuals, biennials, and shrubs in a temperate greenhouse.
