Drink in the beauty of this unusual and interesting color of Scabiosa. A mound of green foliage produces blooms on tall wiry stems from late spring through midsummer. Scabiosa 'Beaujolais Bonnets' has light red petals that surround deep burgundy centers with protruding white stamens. These flowers also add a unique quality to fresh cut or dried floral arrangements.
