Vitex trifolia (Simpleleaf chastetree) is a large coastal shrub or small tree.

Deciduous or evergreen trees and shrubs. There are two species in this genus that are of horticultural importance. V. agnus-castus and V. negundo are grown for their summer flowers. These species work well in a shrub border or against a wall.
