Zinnia (Zinnia x 'Persian Carpet') - Description
Mexican Zinnia (Z. haageana)-A compact, disease resistant class of zinnias with amazing multi-colored double and semi-double flowers. Good for cutting and planting in the middle or front of flower beds. A multicolored mix. Wide range of red and yellow shades (spanning burgundy through cream). Most have petals tipped in contrasting colors gold, red or white. Flowers are 1-1/2" across on spreading 12" tall plants. AAS winner in 1952.
