Exceptionally fragrant, pure white flowers with ivory cup, bloom within six weeks of planting! So simple to grow in a pot of soil or on a bowl of pebbles - just remember to keep them watered. Plant some each week after the first of October for a succession of blooms from Thanksgiving to Easter. Children and adults alike enjoy watching the rapid growth and unfolding blooms of Paperwhite Narcissus when forced indoors.

Daffodils require sandy, loamy soil that is well-drained. For the first week, water plant daily. Afterwards, water the plant as needed. Narcissus tazetta and N. jonquilla varieties do best with slightly alkaline soil, while N. bulbocodium, N. cyclamineus, and N. triandrus varieties prefer slightly acidic soil.
