Just a fantastic Sedum for both summer and winter interest! Allow this beautiful creeper become one of the focal points of your rock garden or succulent garden with it's lime green tiny leaves and midsummer swath of white or pink flowers. New growth shows pinkish highlights for additional color for the summer months. In the winter, expect this hardy, Siberian native to turn a gorgeous reddish-orange for the winter months to complete the year round display! Plant these about a foot and a half apart to get full coverage if using as a ground cover.

Stonecrop (Sedum album 'Murale') - Interesting facts

Stonecrops are ideal for green rooftops. In areas where green rooftops are prevalent, Stonecrops are beginning to replace grasses as the primary source of plant material. Additionally, these plants are known for their succulent leaves, which are primarily used for water storage. The succulent leaves provide better fire hazard protection because a Stonecrop covered rooftop has such a high concentration of water compared to grass covered roofs.

Stonecrop (Sedum album 'Murale') - Soil and irrigation

Does best with well-drained, average to rich soil. Will also grow in poor, dry soil.
